Listings, maintenance and policy changes
New listings
Every presale is announced at least 48 hours before the sale window opens, with allocation cap, price, vesting terms and the exact open time in UTC.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance is announced 24 hours ahead and scheduled during the lowest-volume window. Order books are halted, open orders are preserved, and balances are never affected.
Policy and fee changes
Fee schedule changes take effect no sooner than seven days after announcement. Trading rule changes are published with a redline summary.
Delistings
If a project breaches its disclosure commitments, we publish the reason, open a settlement window, and move the pair to cancel-only before removal.
