Requests, process and disclosure standards
How to submit a request
Requests must come from an official agency domain to legal@zaiin.pro, on agency letterhead, signed by an authorised officer, and must cite the legal authority relied upon.
What we require
Valid legal process for the requested data, a clearly identified account, and a defined date range. Overbroad requests are returned for narrowing.
Preservation requests
We honour preservation requests for 90 days, extendable once on written request, pending service of formal legal process.
User notification
We notify affected users of requests for their data unless legally prohibited or where notice would create a risk of harm. Aggregate request statistics are published annually.
Emergency disclosure
Requests involving imminent risk to life are triaged within one hour. Mark the subject line EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST.
