Trade directly with other users, escrow protected
How escrow works
When a trade starts, the seller's crypto is locked in escrow. The buyer sends payment off-platform, the seller confirms receipt, and escrow releases automatically. Neither side can move the funds mid-trade.
Merchant verification
Every counterparty shows completion rate, average release time and total trades. Merchant status requires identity verification and a security deposit.
Disputes
Either side can open a dispute before release. Provide payment proof; the support team reviews and rules within 24 hours. Escrow stays locked until the dispute closes.
Safety rules
Never release escrow before payment lands in your own account, and never move a conversation off-platform.
